A. Data Controller

B. Processing of your personal data
I. Processing of log files
When you visit our website, we process following log files from you, which do not allow any conclusions to be made about your person:
- IP address of your device with which you access the website.
For hosting the website, we employ the local Volkswagen importer Kosmocar S.A., Registered Office: 53-55 Miliaraki Str., 11145 Athens, General Commercial Registry No.: 000270601000 (“Kosmocar”) as external service provider. In this regard, Kosmocar acts as data processor and processes personal data only on our behalf and only according to our instructions. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) that covers the data processing described in B. I have been concluded with Kosmocar.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is our legitimate interest of being able to provide the website properly (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR). We delete this personal data after 3 months.
II. Services on the Website
1. On our website you can gain information about the project “Astypalea”, the available electric vehicle models of one of the brands of the Volkswagen Group, the available Charging Equipment and further offerings and incentives. Insofar we are data controller and as such are responsible for the processing of your personal data.
2. Furthermore, services and information provided by Kosmocar are available via the website. This includes detailed information on electric cars, eScooter and ID.Charger and the opportunity to get a quotation for certain products by adding them to your basket and sending a request for quotation to Kosmocar. When you use the aforementioned services offered by Kosmocar, your personal data will only be processed by Kosmocar as a sole controller. Furthermore, the login process the personal data regarding your user profile will only be processed by Kosmocar as a sole controller. C. Your rights
You may assert the following rights vis-a-vis Volkswagen AG at any time free of charge. Additional information on exercising your rights can be found in this Section C.
Right Right of access: You have the right to obtain information from us about how we process your personal data (Article 15 GDPR).
Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain from us rectification incorrect or incomplete personal data concerning you (Article 16 GDPR).
Right to erasure: You have the right to obtain erasure of your data in the event that the grounds specified in Article 17 GDPR are met. For example, you may, according thereto, obtain erasure of your data if your data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected. You may also obtain erasure if we process your data on the basis of your consent, and you withdraw this consent.
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to obtain restriction of the processing of your personal data if the preconditions specified under Article 18 GDPR are met. This is the case, for example, if you dispute the accuracy of your data. You may then obtain restriction of the processing whilst the accuracy of this data is being checked.

Right to withdraw consent: Where data processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing, with future effect at any time, at no cost.
